Lowe's Farm is a master-planned

on the east side of
Hwy. 360 in  the town of Mansfield TX
located in the  far southeast portion of
Tarrant County south of Grand Prairie
and Arlington.   Just slightly north and
east is Joe Pool Lake for your

Lowe's Farm is on the northeast corner
of E. Broad and Hwy. 360.  The price point
for the community runs from the low

To get to Lowe's Farm, go south on Hwy.
360 to East Broad Street.  Turn left on
East Broad and follow it to the dead
end at Holland Street.    Turn right on
Holland, and an immediate left on the
continuation of East Broad Street.  Lowes
Farm is the first neighborhood on your left.                    

The Shops at Lowe's Farm

The Shops at Lowe's Farm is a planned 116,000 sf grocery-anchored retail center 
located NEC of SH-360 and North Holland Road. Construction is ongoing now on Phase I.  

 
$7M retail construction begins at Lowe's Farm - 8/10/2007
(Mansfield) - Hanover Property Co. has started site work on a nine-acre tract to add the first retail space for the 185-acre Lowe's Farm development. The first phase of Lowe's Farm Market is a $7 million project with 25,300 square feet in two buildings. Hanover plans to extend Woodcrest Lane to US Hwy. 360, a key move for the municipality, residents and developer, who sold 30 acres in June to Phoenix-based Alliance Residential Co. for the 450-unit Broadstone at Lowe's Farm. The multifamily project is slated to deliver in spring 2008. The Dallas-based Hanover has reserved 20 acres of the master-planned Lowe's Farm for commercial build-out. Another 11-acre tract is in hand for the shopping center's second phase to bump the retail component to nearly 116,000 square feet of neighborhood services. Ben J. Luedtke, Hanover's vice president says that talks are underway with a grocer to anchor the second phase. The quoted rate is $22 per square foot to $25 per square foot, triple net. The first phase of retail consists of a 14,600-square-foot building located at 3807 E. Broad St. and 10,700-square-foot structure at 3806 E. Broad St. The development site sits at the hard corner of Broad Street and Holland Road. The plan includes extending Broad Street by year's end to bisect Hanover's land and create two hard corners, allowing for three pad sites, in the nine-acre tract. The construction schedule calls for Lowe's Farm Market to go vertical in early October, with delivery in February 2008.

high-end apartment community is located on
the west side of Lowe's Farm and is scheduled
for completion in the Spring of 2008.

SH 360 and Other Major Road Projects Near Lowe's Farm

Traffic engineering studies have been ordered for East Broad and SH 360 for the installation
of signals.  Once installed, the signals will replace the stop signs and the road will be 2 lanes
across 360.  UPDATE ON THIS PROJECT  8/1/2008

Design work for the widening of East Broad from the southwest corner of the Lowe's Farm neighborhood east to Day Marr Road to connect with England Parkway is scheduled to begin in mid-2009.  Actual construction will not start until 2010/2011.

Texas DOT is has held public hearings concerning the extension of Lake Ridge Parkway to the
new SH 161 Tollway interchange

As of January 2010, construction is scheduled to begin in late 2010.  This section of Lake Ridge Parkway will be a six lane arterial roadway.  Additionally, Lake Ridge Parkway will be widened from Polo Road to Joe Pool Lake and Lynn Creek Marina in late 2010. 

Texas DOT is currently extending SH-161 from SH-183 in Irving, through Grand Prairie, to
IH-20 in  Southwest Dallas County.
The schedule has been accelerated due to recent
HB Funding.  (Project updates)   The new connection will ease congestion on SH-360.

Woodstone Resources LLC is representing Carrizo Oil and Gas on the leasing of mineral rights on
lots in and around Lowe's Farm.     Members of the Lowe's Farm HOA board of directors are not
in a position to offer legal advice to any member of the association concerning any current or
future lease negotiations between individual HOA members and Woodstone Resources. 

NOTE:  The Lowe's Farm HOA Board of Directors has entered into a lease agreement with
Woodstone Resources LLC concerning the common areas owned by Lowes
Farm Homeowner's Association.
